Terms of Service

We provide commercial pressure washing, sweeping, line striping, related facility maintenance, and select cleaning chemicals/equipment.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change based on site conditions, access, square footage, staining, and compliance requirements.

Client agrees to provide safe access, functioning water/power where applicable, and to notify us of special hazards or restrictions in writing before service.

Payment terms appear on your invoice/contract. Late balances may incur a fee. Materials/equipment deposits may be required for large projects or product orders.

If a scheduled service is canceled or delayed within 24 hours of start time, a mobilization fee may apply. Weather or safety issues may require rescheduling.

We perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner. Certain stains, substrate damage, and pre-existing conditions may be excluded from results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service/product giving rise to the claim.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach security, or copy content without permission.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
