Processing Times

  • Product orders (e.g., chemicals/equipment) typically process in 2-3 business days.
  • Custom/large orders may require additional handling time (we’ll notify you).

Shipping Methods & Timing

  • Standard ground shipping within the U.S. generally arrives in 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout (restrictions may apply for Hazmat Statement).

Rates & Availability

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and hazmat status.
  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Order Changes & Address Issues

Contact us promptly to correct addresses. We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damage, Loss, or Missing Items

Inspect packages upon delivery. Report damage, shortages, or loss within 7 days to info@cleanbydawn.com with photos and order number so we can assist with a carrier claim/replacement.

Returns & Refunds

For safety/compliance, many chemical items are non-returnable once shipped. Non-chemical equipment may be returnable if unused and in original packaging (restocking fees may apply). Contact us for an RMA before returning any item.
